I’m a doula, birth and motherhood photographer, and videographer based in Lisbon.
I support women and families through pregnancy, birth and the early days of motherhood, while also preserving these fleeting moments through photography and film.
For me, these two parts of my work are deeply connected. As a doula, I offer a calm and supportive presence as you navigate one of life’s most transformative experiences. As a photographer and filmmaker, I quietly witness and preserve the moments that can otherwise pass too quickly.
This is how I choose to inspire and empower families and women and support them in their individual choices.
How I Came to Birth
Before becoming a doula and photographer, I worked as a preschool teacher.
Working with children taught me a great deal about connection, presence, observation and the importance of creating a safe space for someone to grow and become themselves.
My journey into birth began through photography. At the time, I was working as a dance photographer when I felt the need to understand and document how babies were being welcomed into the world.
This curiosity led me to doula training, which expanded my understanding of birth and of the importance of those first moments of life.
Today, I bring these two perspectives together: supporting families as a doula and documenting their stories through photography and film.

My work is continually shaped by my studies and experience in:
I am a Hatha Yoga instructor, Thai Massage Therapist, and Yoga and Mindfulness teacher for Pregnancy and Birth.
My Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth training is certified by the Federation of Antenatal Educators, Yoga Alliance Professionals UK and Doula UK.
I am also a current member of the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers.
I believe that supporting women and families well means remaining curious, open and willing to deepen my understanding of our human nature and condition.
