It´s done on a futon on the floor or a couch and can  be done in  comfortable clothes  or  without  clothes, in which case I use organic oils

I use my hands, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees, and feet to work, which can give different types  of pressure and lead to a deep release of muscle and emotional tension
