About me and Light on Life
My name is Susana Pereira, I am a Portuguese-certified doula located in Lisbon, I am also a childbirth, motherhood, and family photographer and videographer, a Hatha Yoga Instructor, and a Thay Yoga Massage Therapist all wrapped in one.
Light on Life represents the belief that the way we support mothers at pregnancy, birth, and postpartum has a great impact on their, and their baby’s health and wellbeing.
So after several years of attending birth, I developed a doula-supporting program based on the body-mind system relationship for motherhood.
Light on Life also represents my work as a photographer and videographer, so besides the doula support, you can also collect beautiful images of your pregnancy, the birth of your baby, the first days and months of your newborn hearthside, and your family dynamic.
