I am a Portuguese doula, a birth and motherhood photographer, and a videographer located in Lisbon. A Hatha Yoga instructor, Thai Massage Therapist, and a Yoga and Mindfulness teacher for Pregnancy and Birth ( a course certified by the Federation of Antenatal Educators, Yoga Alliance Professionals UK and Doula UK).
I am also a current member of the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers.
As a doula, I offer emotional and physical support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and I also document this journey through motherhood with photography and video.
This is how I choose to inspire and empower families and women and support them in their individual choices.
I started my professional career as a preschool teacher but I became so captivated to photograph the first breath hearthside, and the first hours of tenderness between mothers and their babies, that I decided to do doula training.
Since then I keep studying several topics and interviewing different professionals related to women’s and baby’s integral health and well-being.
